# Tokenomics

### **The Posse Multi-Token System**

To support a dynamic, player-first economy and long-term sustainability, Posse Studios is launching a **three-token ecosystem**—each token designed with a distinct role across gameplay, governance, and rewards.

Rather than relying on a single volatile asset, our multi-token system enables **economic balance, adaptability, and focused utility**, ensuring stability for both players and investors.

### **$WILD — The Wanted Economy**

**$WILD** is the flagship token of Wanted—a **governance and utility token** built for long-term community alignment. It’s the fuel behind our ecosystem’s biggest decisions and opportunities.

**Core Utilities:**

* Mint NFTs and digital assets on the Eldorado Marketplace
* Purchase ecosystem items (skins, characters, mods etc.)
* Stake to earn rewards and participate in yield programs
* Access exclusive drops and early launch opportunities
* Vote on game features, roadmap changes, and treasury decisions via DAO

**Governance Power:**

* Holds **50% voting weight** in the **$WILD/$POSSE DAO**
* Enables holders to directly shape the future of the ecosystem
* Designed as a **“super stable”** utility token—ideal for mid to long-term holders

**Minting & Launch:**

* $WILD will be available for minting via Posse’s website
* Fair-launch only—no presales, no VC favoritism

### **$POSSE — Rewards, Events, and Expansion Fuel**

**$POSSE** is the **reward and economic engine** of the broader Posse ecosystem. It bridges the marketplace, staking systems, and game-based events with consistent, deflationary incentives.

**Core Utilities:**

* Earned through gameplay, staking, marketplace activity, and special events
* Used for claiming drops, loot boxes, and exclusive event access
* Stakable across yield pools and bounty mechanics
* Usable in NFT raffles, Zealy/Galxe quests, and SocialFi tasks

**Deflationary Mechanism:**

* A portion of marketplace and DEX fees are used to **buy back and burn $POSSE**, steadily reducing supply over time

**Governance Power:**

* Holds the remaining **50% voting weight** in the DAO, balancing power between players and participants

**Availability:**

* Not available for public sale—**only earnable through participation and staking**

### **$POSSE — In-Game Currency for Real Players**

**$POSSE** is the heart of gameplay. It powers every in-world interaction, from saloon gambling to PvP duels—and is **only usable inside the game**.

**Core Utilities:**

* Used for in-game purchases, saloon betting, dueling, missions, and trading items
* Required to access competitive modes and enter seasonal ranked events
* Earned via gameplay, bounties, and staking **Genesis NFTs**
* Enables marketplace bartering and in-game mini-economy

**Key Traits:**

* **Non-tradable outside of the game**—fully insulated from external speculation
* Keeps player experiences stable and fair, regardless of market volatility
* Functions like “gold” in traditional MMOs—but with deeper integration into Web3 identity and ownership

### **Why a Multi-Token System?**

This structure wasn’t built for complexity—it was built for **resilience**.

#### Advantages of Our Model:

* **Economic Separation:** Keeps in-game actions unaffected by token price swings
* **Balanced Ecosystem:** Allows targeted rewards and real utility without inflating the core economy
* **Self-Regulating Design:** Each token can be adjusted independently to preserve long-term stability
* **Sustainable Growth:** Encourages deeper engagement, longer player retention, and stronger governance
