We have to say that there are other people not mentioned here as they're not officially on the team or that they wanted to keep their privacy. We just really felt the strong need to thank them for their help and we really appreciate them more than words could ever express! We certainly wouldn't be here without them!

Executive Team

Christopher M. Noble AKA "Hustle Hat" - Co-Founder & (CEO) Chief Executive Officer

Born 1989 in the Greater New York Area, United States. He became a self-taught developer by the age of 10 and started his journey studying low level development before moving on to modern concepts and eventually specializing in AI and Blockchain technologies. As a musician, former semi-pro athlete, and OG FPS connoisseur who's proud to say his first game was Cosmic Crusader on an IBM 5150 he pulled from the garbage; his motto has always been "Yesterday's Gone, Tomorrow's Just A Dream, So Today Is All You Got". During his pursuit of an Economics & Engineering degree in Computer Science he became a serial entrepreneur having gained his first experience in his families government contracted logistics company. He later dropped out due to feeling conflicted about the education system despite having spent many years dedicated to it. Having obtained significantly more growth through mentorship and real world experience, he founded his first venture, a small Marcom company during the inception of Social Media utilizing the operational business experience instilled in him at a young age.

His other ventures include an IT MSP/R&D start-up built on the vision of bridging Web 2.0 and future technologies such as Web 3.0, as well as a multitude of other small businesses and projects. He is also currently the Chief Revenue Officer for the largest Data Analytics company in Web3 CryptoSlam. Even with everything he accomplished and learned, he believes his greatest accomplishment was his family. He was active in many charities near to his heart such as the ARC, as well as a public speaker for underprivileged youth in a government funded outreach program in the Greater New York Area, United States. Having been a Cryptocurrency and Blockchains aesthete since 2015, his goal as a technologist has always been to brave uncharted frontiers and solve real world problems. He was an early adopter of WEb3 tech and has been working to build communities, incite productive conversations, and contribute to the technological advancement of his industry. Coming from a tech, people, and operational background, having managed upward of 1000+ employees corporately for numerous large companies, he continues to help the crypto community avoid Rug Pulls and Scam projects. Starting out simply as a community member and investor he united the Crowboys community and salvaged it from going under as the Bear Market went into full swing. As an individual, Christopher continues to use his experience to grind away and add value where ever he can across multiple chains with the goal of making the Posse Studios a premiere Web3 company.

Kevin Williams AKA "Crypto Grandpa" - Co-Founder & (COO) Chief Operations Officer

Born in the 60’s in the UK, Kevin was public school educated from the age of 8 due to regular moves around the world with military parents. He roamed the great plains of the UK and Germany since leaving school, braving new frontiers everywhere he went! For a time he also worked in the wine trade industry before training and working in hospitals in the UK and completing a post graduate diploma in burns and plastic surgery. After becoming a surgeon he became a settler in the South West UK in the 90’s. He has now worked in the NHS for over 35 years managing surgical teams, while working in Uganda and the UK in the wild world of Plastic Surgery. His role with the Posse is operations extraordinaire and fixing injured cowboys in a regional trauma unit! Kevin has been involved in Crypto since 2021 actively working in many NFT projects mainly on Cronos, but also Ethereum and Solana. Being a man of action he saw the value in Web3 immediately and sought out to be a part of a brighter tomorrow. This eventually led to him joining the Posse community first as an investor in April 2022, to eventually becoming a Co-Founder and the COO a year later! As he always likes to say: "I may be a bit older, but I have a youthful spirit combined with wisdom and experience... Yeeehaaw!"

Paddy Flood AKA "Momba" - Co-Founder & (CFO) Chief Finance Officer

Paddy Flood AKA "Momba" Born 1982 in the United Kingdom. A qualified Geologist, and Geo-Technical Engineer. He’s always been a natural problem solver with an over inquisitive mind.

A busy father of three, Paddy keeps himself busy in his spare time researching the blockchain and developing projects. A love of the Wild West and drew him to the Posse in the early days, and he remains passionate and determined to see the project succeed.

He’s a down to earth genuine lover of life, trustworthy and loyal, and is always happy to make time for chat, or lend support and advice on any aspect of life and business. His motto is: "why worry about the things we can’t control".

He’s committed to adding value in everything he’s involved with and believes that real world mass adoption of crypto lies within GameFi, and is proud to be a part of the Posse.

Nicholas St. Germain AKA "DirtyCajunRice" - (CTO) Chief Technology Officer

Nick is the type of tech wizard you want on your side in the Wild West of Web3. With a career spanning cutting-edge roles at thirdweb, Electronic Arts, and EvoVerses, he’s the perfect blend of code-slinging gunslinger and empathetic leader. Whether he's optimizing Unreal Engine workflows, crafting decentralized architectures, or solving problems before most of us realize they exist, Nick brings a unique spark to everything he touches.

At Posse Studios, Nick leads our tech frontier with sharp wit, relentless drive, and a deep love for all things blockchain and gaming. He's fluent in C++, Rust, TypeScript, and pretty much any other language that machines speak. He’s also known for his knack for turning complex ideas into elegant solutions — with a dash of humor and a strong coffee in hand.

But don’t let his technical chops fool you — Nick isn’t just about code. He’s got a big heart and a knack for rallying teams to build things that matter. He believes in empowering creators, elevating communities, and making Web3 accessible for everyone.

When he’s not architecting Posse’s ecosystem, you might find him cracking jokes in a team call, mentoring junior devs, or brainstorming the next frontier of gaming. He's a problem solver, a team player, and, most importantly, someone who makes working in Web3 a hell of a lot of fun.

Aricela E. Marquez AKA "Cella Rose" - (CHRO) Chief Human Resources Officer

Born 1994 in the Wild Wild Mid-West Chicago Illinois, United States. She was the youngest of 5 and started her career at 10 years old working in a family business. After attending Illinois State University for Business Administration, she jumped on her horse and rode off into the world of Human Resources and Operations. Utilizing her extensive experience, she dueled her way through the ranks becoming a Sr Level Executive for a multitude of large corporations.

Continuing to follow her heart and eager to brave new frontiers, she utilized her passion for beauty and fashion to become an influencer with the hopes of helping others discover their inner potential. As a musician with an appreciation for artistic expression, diversity, and disruptive industries. She found herself in the world of Crypto as an investor in 2018. With her love for the community and expertise in HR Operations, she leads the project in Compliance, Team Development, and Asset Management having earned the well deserved title of "Ma Ma Bear".

Benjamin Fedor AKA "The Rodeo Bandit" - (CM) Community Manager

Born in 1978 in the North of France, he has always been curious about the world in which he lived. His curiosity and the perpetual need to learn naturally led him to take an interest in IT and the environment.

During his studies and after becoming an official Environmental Engineer, he quickly learned that in order to be able to make a difference in the world, change has to come from within and be driven by individuals taking action. After acquiring his first professional experiences in a family business and then in an international industrial group, he put his experience to good use by founding his first company. In 2005 he created a design office specializing in energy sobriety and sustainable development. Very quickly, he continued his entrepreneurial journey by creating his second company, a training organization. The goal was to allow as many people as possible to benefit from his knowledge and experience. Quite naturally, he has been working on these themes for more than 10 years in various French universities as a researcher, mentor, and developer.

Always looking for new solutions for society, he was interested in the potential offered by crypto-currency and blockchains. His goal was to find new solutions to many of the problems Web3 has been faced with. Whether in financial terms, as an individual by developing independence and financial security, but also on the environmental level to better control, quantify, and monitor carbon emissions, thus monetizing them in complete transparency to finance actions. He believes in a cooperative approach around carbon emissions that can turn into a virtuous circle to generate profits and amplify a greener, more sustainable ecosystem.

Sharing the same objective as the Posse organization in defying unexplored frontiers and solving real-world problems, he naturally joined the internal team to put his knowledge to good use and fully participate in the development of the ecosystem. He believes in his heart that the Posse will one day become the go-to GameFi project in Crypto.

David AKA "Deadeye Dave" - (GD) Lead Game Developer

David, born and raised in the UK, developed an early obsession with games and technology. He was a core contributor to a multitude of gaming titles throughout his career such as the infamous title Unreal Tournament and more! His passion for creative expression led him to explore various outlets, including a successful stint as a DJ. Eventually, his love for gaming guided him to the depths of Unreal Engine, where he mastered numerous techniques. Today, David is a dynamic and innovative Unreal C++ engineer with a robust background in game development, modding, and proactive community engagement. Leveraging extensive self-learning experiences and a proven track record in Unreal Engine and C++ development, he is quick on the draw!
